Please note that software shipped from a USA Distributor (whether shipped to the USA or overseas) comes with internet-only and English-only support which is provided directly and exclusively from RPS Inc. If you need phone support or non-English support we recommend you purchase directly from a distributor in your country, region or whoever provides support for your language. If a unit initially shipped to the USA is later shipped internationally to someone other than the original registered user, the new user must re-register in his own name to obtain support. There is a cost for re-registration.
